12 dozen eggs
3lb sausage
24 slices bacon

1. Boil eggs and shell
2. Use 1/4 lb sausage each and wrap eggs
3. Wrap each egg with 2 slices of bacon
4. Smoke at 225 for about 1 hour or when the bacon is crisp
